Returns & Exchanges

At Simply Seattle, we want you to represent the Emerald City with pride, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed gear. If your sports apparel isn't a perfect fit, we are committed to making it right as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
